drorganvidez b0d2894fa9 fix: point the index default at the forge instead of GitHub Pages 
GitHub Pages went away with the hosting account, so the declared default
resolved to nothing. The forge serves the committed index as raw content at a
stable URL. A fork or a private line still overrides this per product.
